Single and multiple rectangular frames
A standard frame is a single frame with an RGB and RGG flange of sizes 2, 4, 6 and 8. They differ from each other only in terms of height, while the width and depth of the frame remain the same.
Depending on the number of cables and their outer diameters, the frames are available in different configurations both in terms of width and height, e.g. a double frame RGB 4x2 means a size 4 frame with 2 adjacent horizontal openings. While an RGB 4+4 frame means a size 4 frame with 2 adjacent vertical openings.
RGP round frames
Another method for sealing cable or pipe transit is an RGP round frame made of Lycron, intended for assembly in round openings or pipes. It is available in six diameters: 50, 70, 100, 125, 150, 200 mm and is filled with standard sealing modules by MCT. The metal parts of the frame are made of galvanised steel or stainless acid resistant steel. The advantage of a round frame is that it meets all the requirements and parameters of a rectangular frame while saving space and reducing costs of purchase and operation.
Each of the sealing types offered by us is also available for the cables and pipes already present in an installation.
